Graduated from Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT), a public state college under the cadetship program of Royal Dutch Shipowners Association (KVNR) members. But before achieving his Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation (BSMT) degree, he also a graduated another 4-year course, the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS-Info.Tech.).
He stopped sailing later in the year of 2012 to work ashore as part time instructor/assessor in a Maritime Training Institution and with Avior Marine Inc. as consultant for IT, training, recruitment, and marketing. He also focused in growing his owned companies of the Oceanwide Group and took the lead roles in its services, representation, and marketing.
In September 2013 he became Marine Superintendent at Seatrade Groningen BV, based in the The Netherlands. He became a captain and took his first command as master onboard merchant vessel in year 2015 and stopped sailing in 2017 to continue his business and career ashore. In 2018, he and his close Korean friend established Oceanwide Korea in Busan extending the services of his Oceanwide Group beyond the PH.
In January 2019, he became the Managing Director and President of Avior Marine Inc., a Licensed Manning Agency and Shipmanagement. And in 2021 he completed his Masters in Shipping Management (MSM) masters degree at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy Graduate School (PMMA-GS) with his thesis entitled “PROPOSED INTEGRATED DIGITAL PLATFORM FORMARITIME CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT”.
